I’m Jasmine Bellamy—a senior executive leader, joyful disruptor, and business and culture transformer. My journey into transformational leadership isn’t just professional; it’s deeply personal.

A defining moment in my career came after facilitating 23 Courageous Conversations—deep, communal, intentional dialogues that foster trust, understanding, and belonging—within a workplace context and witnessing firsthand the power of vulnerability and connection. It was then that I realized traditional leadership models—focused solely on performance and efficiency—were missing something essential: love. I saw how workplaces thrive when leaders embrace empathy, trust, and authenticity. But I also saw the cost of leadership that ignores the human heart. That realization led me to develop The LOVING Leader framework, a purpose-driven, evidence-based approach to leadership that transforms individuals, teams, and entire organizational cultures from the inside out.

Leadership isn’t just about strategy—it’s about humanity. That’s why I’m committed to reshaping the way we lead, ensuring that love is not just a personal virtue but an organizational value.

Beyond my work in the marketplace, I hold an MBA, a Master of Arts in Theology, and I’m currently pursuing a Doctorate in Global Leadership, focusing on the redemptive imagination of the marketplace.
